Can I build my own idea, or only use the examples?
You can build your own supported flow. The lesson and examples are shortcuts for learning, not product limits.
Will people be able to dial my menu when I finish?
Not from the public alpha alone. You can test and share it in a browser. A dialable service needs provider approval, a shortcode and a separately reviewed live implementation.
Do the payment and SMS steps move real money or send messages?
No. They are safe simulations in the public alpha. Real payment and SMS connections are added only through approved provider accounts in an agreed live scope.
How do I ask Iderwell to take it live?
Create a verified Studio account, test and publish the exact version you want reviewed, then choose Request live review inside the workspace. Submission is an application and does not guarantee activation.
Does Iderwell or Hubtel give me the shortcode?
Hubtel or another authorised provider controls merchant approval and shortcode allocation. Iderwell can provide the agreed hosted application and technical onboarding details for an accepted scope; it cannot approve the merchant or promise a shortcode.
Should I paste my Hubtel API keys into the review form?
No. Never send provider credentials through the public enquiry, a flow or the live-review form. If a pilot is accepted, Iderwell will provide a separate secure setup process.
Can I use the builder outside Ghana?
Yes. The browser builder can be used wherever the website is reachable. The present reviewed live path focuses on Ghana and Hubtel; that does not imply live network support in every country.
