Do not paste keys, passwords, tokens, payment credentials or customer records into a Studio flow, share link, AI prompt, email, chat or review form. Credential collection can begin only after a separate secure production process is ready.

Straight answers about activation.
Commercial and provider details are confirmed only after the tested flow can be assessed.
Does submitting the checklist guarantee a live service?
No. The checklist prepares a useful review. Iderwell may decline an unsupported or unsafe scope, and Hubtel separately controls provider approval and shortcode allocation.
Should I send my Hubtel keys with the request?
No. Do not paste API keys, passwords, customer data or payment credentials into Studio, email, chat, AI prompts or the public review form.
Will I need to hire a separate backend developer?
No separate developer is needed for the browser prototype or design-partner application. A future live implementation depends on Iderwell's production readiness, Hubtel approval and the agreed scope.
Does Iderwell provide the shortcode?
No. For the current reviewed Ghana path, Hubtel controls merchant approval, the shortcode and network access. Other provider paths are future.
