Shortcodes and network access are separate.
For Ghana projects using Hubtel, Hubtel handles KYC, shortcode approval, network access and its own charges.

Are these final prices for every service?
No. We confirm the price in a written scope before work starts.
Are Hubtel charges included in Iderwell’s fee?
No. Hubtel and other outside charges are separate.
Does paying Iderwell guarantee a shortcode?
No. Hubtel controls KYC, approval and shortcode allocation.
Can I ask Iderwell to build everything?
Yes. Choose Managed Build. Today’s paid scope can cover design and prototyping; live delivery is agreed separately.
