Does USSD work without mobile data?
Yes. Customers access USSD through the mobile network, so they do not need an internet bundle or smartphone. Network availability and operator support are still required.
Can a USSD service collect Mobile Money payments?
Yes. The USSD journey can initiate a payment request and the backend can track the provider callback. Payment should only be treated as complete after server-side verification.
Do you provide the shortcode?
Shortcode allocation and approval are handled by an authorised aggregator or mobile network. Iderwell can support that process and builds the application, integrations and operating tools around the approved channel.
Can USSD connect to our existing system?
Usually, yes. We assess the existing APIs, database boundaries, security requirements and ownership of each workflow before designing the integration.
What determines the cost?
