What the integration connects
The shortcode is the front door, not the whole application.
A dependable service needs a session runtime, the approved provider channel, supported business records and a way for authorised staff to handle outcomes.

What Iderwell can define and prototype now.
The production plan can describe future runtime, integrations and operating tools, but these shared Studio layers are not available today.

Your organisation needs its own approved Hubtel relationship. Hubtel decides KYC approval, shortcode allocation, network rules, availability and provider charges.
Credentials and onboarding
Never send API keys through a public form. No production credential collection begins until a secure vault and the other required production controls are ready.
What is available now
Studio prototyping, design-partner applications, feasibility review and conditional production scoping are available now. The shared runtime and operations portal are not.
Conditional fees and outside charges
Published setup and monthly figures are planning anchors, not a live-service order. A recurring Iderwell fee starts only after production gates and provider approvals pass; provider charges remain separate.

A live build and recurring operations agreement can begin only after the required runtime, credential-vault, operations, security and provider approvals pass.

What you need to know before starting.
Specific provider, network and commercial requirements are confirmed during assessment.
Does USSD work without mobile data?
Yes. Customers use the mobile network and do not need an internet bundle or smartphone. Network availability and operator support are still required.
Can USSD be connected to Mobile Money?
Yes. Iderwell can build the software connection that asks an approved payment provider to start a Mobile Money request. The provider handles the payment and reports the result; the USSD system only marks the booking, order or vote as paid after that result is verified.
Does USSD Studio give me a live shortcode?
No. The public alpha builds and tests a browser prototype. Hubtel controls merchant approval and shortcode allocation in Ghana, and Iderwell's shared live production layer is not available today.
Do I need to build the flow before contacting Iderwell?
No. You can apply with a draft or only the business outcome. Iderwell can scope and prototype it now; this does not create a live-service order.
Will I need my own server or developer?
Not to use the browser Studio or apply for design help. The production hosting model and technical endpoints are planned outputs, not a shared Studio service available today.
