Iderwell is the Kumasi software company behind USSD Studio and Hotspot.
Our beginning
It started with receipts people were throwing away.
Iderwell began with a practical retail problem: customers needed receipts they could keep, while the business needed records it could continue using after the sale.
The first connection joined completed sales to digital receipt pages delivered by an independent SMS provider. The work later expanded into inventory, expiry-date and item-level operating records.
Our products now draw on reusable patterns for bookings, voucher fulfilment, paid access, event registration, voting and customer messaging. Named client stories, figures and screenshots are published only after written permission.
One customer action should create a useful customer outcome and a dependable business record.
