What Iderwell builds

A website should help someone understand you, take the next step and receive a clear response. Where the work needs more than pages, we build the forms, records and staff tools needed behind it.

If customers need to pay or receive an SMS, Iderwell connects the website to an approved provider such as Hubtel. The provider handles the payment or delivers the message; the website uses the result the provider sends back.

Capabilities

What the engagement can cover.

The final scope is shaped around existing systems, provider access, operational roles and the evidence needed to confirm each outcome.

Clear public websites

Fast, accessible pages that explain the business in ordinary language and make it easy to enquire, book or act.

Forms and customer journeys

Short forms, confirmations and follow-up that connect a visitor's request to the people responsible for it.

Provider connections

Connect the website to an approved payment or messaging provider when customers need Mobile Money, SMS or email.

Portals and operating tools

Protected areas for staff or customers to view records, complete tasks and follow progress.

Delivery

From agreed scope to a supported service.

We test the normal path and the failures around it before placing the system into daily use.

Agree the purpose

Define who the site is for, what they need to understand and the action the business needs them to take.

Plan the content and flow

Organise the pages, information, forms and connected work before visual design begins.

Build and test

Develop the site, test it across common phones and browsers, and check forms, performance and accessibility.

Launch and maintain

Host, monitor and update the site under the support arrangement agreed for the project.

Before work starts

Responsibilities are written down.

The scope states what Iderwell builds, what you or an outside provider must supply, and what support continues after launch.

Content and access

You provide approved business information, images, policies and access to any existing domain or service that must be connected. Missing items are recorded as dependencies in the written scope.

Accounts and control

The scope identifies which domain, hosting and provider accounts you control and which parts Iderwell manages. Provider, domain and licence charges are itemised separately from Iderwell's work.

Connected providers

Payment and messaging providers approve their own accounts and services. Iderwell builds the connection but cannot promise approval or change a provider's charges, settlement or delivery rules.

Hosting and support

The site can be handed over under the agreed scope or hosted and maintained on Iderwell-managed infrastructure. Ongoing support covers the agreed service; new pages, features and integrations are assessed separately.

Common questions

What you need to know before starting.

Specific provider, network and commercial requirements are confirmed during assessment.

Can you build more than a simple company website?

Yes. We also build booking and reservation sites, donation pages, customer and staff portals, and web applications connected to payments, SMS and business records.

Can Iderwell host and maintain the website?

Yes. Managed hosting can include monitoring, backups, security updates, bug fixes and reasonable small content changes within the agreed scope.

Who handles payments or SMS from the website?

The connected payment provider handles the payment and reports the result. The connected SMS provider delivers the message. Iderwell builds the website and the software connection to those providers.

Do you work with individuals as well as businesses?

Yes. Individuals, businesses and organisations of any size may enquire. We review each request for fit, feasibility and a clear lawful purpose.

Need this connected to a real business process?

Tell us what the customer needs to do, which providers or systems are involved, and what your team must see afterwards.
